Our Mission

Amazing Aven’s Quest for Amoeba Awareness is a non-profit corporation with a mission of improving and advancing early detection strategies and medical treatments for infections caused by Naegleria fowleri and Primary Amebic Meningoencephalitis (PAM) while increasing awareness within medical communities and the public. 

Our Vision

Our vision is a world with zero deaths from infections caused by Naegleria fowleri and Primary Amebic Meningoencephalitis (PAM).

Amazing Aven’s Quest for Amoeba Awareness was formed after Aven passed away on August 13th, 2021, from Primary Amebic Meningoencephalitis.
